Remote Online Support Setup
We can provide support for your computer by using our Remote Support Software. The software enables us to remotely access your computer just as if we were sitting in front of it. When installed, your computer remains secure and can only be accessed each time you enable it.

Start the Remote Support Software

Enabling us to Remotely Access your Computer

When the Remote Support software has been started an icon is displayed on the far right portion of the Windows task panel. It is located in the same area as your antivirus icon and looks like .

Position your mouse over the icon, right click and select Add New Client

A popup window will be displayed requesting you to input the Viewer invitation Code.

At this point you will need to Contact Us for the Code to input and to notify us that you are now ready for remote support. To ensure immediate response please contact us by phone.
We will now access your computer remotely and perform the services you require. You may sit in front of your computer and watch what we are doing.
Do not use your computer while we are connected!

Setup an account with telnet access and root privileges
- Note your account username, password and IP address
- Open port 23 on your firewall
- Contact us
for remote online support.
- When we are finished, disable the account and perhaps block port 23.
